Recipe Directions for Marinated Pork Tenderloin

  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Take pork out of fridge and place in nonstick pan.

  3. When oven is heated, roast pork until cooked through, about 30-35 minutes, or when a meat thermometer reads 150 degrees.

  4. Allow to rest for 3-5 minutes before cutting into medallions and serving with juices from cooking.
