A great side dish. Wonderful as a party snack on toasted baguette.

Recipe Ingredients for Marinated Mushrooms

500 grams Mushrooms
2 clove Garlic
2 tbsp chopped Onions
4 tbsp Olive Oil
3 tbsp White Wine Vinegar, Organic
4 tsp Thyme, Fresh
10 grams Oregano
2 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Marinated Mushrooms

  1. Cook the mushrooms in boiling salted water until tender. Leave aside to cool.

  2. Finely dice the onion and crush the garlic cloves. Finely chop the fresh herbs.

  3. In a medium sized bowl, mix together the onions, garlic, herbs, olive oil, vinegar, pepper and mushrooms.

  4. Cover and leave in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.
