Simple marinade for grilled chicken tenderloins...include in wraps, sandwiches or simply serve a portion with salad or veggies or even include in a warm chicken salad.

Recipe Ingredients for Marinated Chicken Tenderloins

3 1/2 tsp (16g) extra virgin olive oil
1 1/4 tbsp (10g) garlic, minced
2 tbsp (12g) ginger root, minced
2 tsp (10g) lemon juice
2 tsp (1g) mixed herbs, dried
3 1/2 cups (500g) chicken, breast, meat only, tenderloins only

Recipe Directions for Marinated Chicken Tenderloins

  1. Use a bowl large enough to toss chicken in

  2. Add all marinade ingredients to the bowl and mix well

  3. Toss chicken in the marinade & refrigerate covered for at least an hour (overnight if preferred)

  4. Grill tenderloins on a hot griddle or in a frypan

  5. Rest then serve, hot or cold
