I copied this recipe from June 2009's MuscleMag magazine. The chicken tastes best over salad!

Recipe Ingredients for Marinated Chicken Strips

1 lb. chicken breast, boneless, skinless
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp garlic, chopped

Recipe Directions for Marinated Chicken Strips

  1. If you're using whole chicken breasts, cut them into strips. Once the chicken is in strips, add it to a small bowl with the balsamic vinegar, olive oil and garlic; you can add salt and pepper to taste. Let marinade in the fridge for one hour, (or more).

  2. Heat a skillet on medium-high heat. Place chicken and marinade in the skillet. Cook until done or browned, flipping to ensure they are cooked on both sides.

  3. Serve with your favorite side or over a salad.
