>>> ROBYN WILKERSON 5/28/2008 8:01 AM >>> For all those who enjoyed this wonderful salad from Connie Hay 6 cups of cooked carrots = 3 LBS 1 onion diced 1 bell pepper diced 1 can tomato soup undiluted 1/2 cup oil (salad) 1 cup sugar 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar 1 Tsp of the following: Prepared mustard Worchestershire sauce Salt Pepper Cook carrots until tender (without any other ingredients). Drain carrots. Add all other ingredients and mix. Refrigerate over night for the best results. ENJOY!!

6 cups carrots, boiled
1 onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 can tomato soup, undiluted
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tsp stone ground mustard
1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
