Tasty sauce with well done chops that are tender. Can serve with brown rice or wide egg noodles (cooked with thin sliced caramelized onions)

Recipe Ingredients for marinated baked pork chops

1 pound boneless pork
2 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs vegetable oil
2 tbs worcestershire sauce
2 tbs lemon juice
2 tbs light brown sugar
4 tbs ketchup

Recipe Directions for marinated baked pork chops

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES.

  2. IN A SMALL BOWL, BLEND SOY SAUCE, VEGETABLE OIL, WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE, LEMON JUICE , BROWN SUGAR AND KETCHUP.

  3. PLACE CHOPS IN A BAKING DISH AND SPREAD WITH 1/2 SAUCE (YOU CAN LET IT SIT WHILE OVEN HEATS UP)

  4. BAKE CHOPS 30 MINUTES (OR MORE IF VERY THICK). TURN, SPREAD REST OF SAUCE AND BAKE FOR ADDITIONAL 30 MINUTES (INTERNAL TEMP SHOULD BE 160 DEGREES)

  5. PLACE CHOPS IN A MEDIUM BAKING DISH AND SPREAD WITH 1/2 SAUCE.
