Recipe Ingredients for Marinated Baby Vegetables

1 cup Brussels Sprouts
1 NLEA serving Carrots, Baby
1 cup Cauliflower
1 cup Pearl Onions
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 cup Olive Oil
8 serving Champagne Vinegar
4 leaves Bay Leaves
1 tsp Fennel Seed
1 tsp Oregano
1/4 tsp Spices Crushed Red Peppers

Recipe Directions for Marinated Baby Vegetables

  1. Steam all vegetables until potatoes are tender, about 8 minutes. Transfer to large bowl. Meanwhile, bring remaining ingredients to boil in medium saucepan, whisking until salt dissolves.
