43 1/2 ounces canned tomatoes
1 small onion
3 cloves garlic
4 cups raw spinach
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
6 mushrooms
265 grams firm tofu
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 carrot
