Marinara for Pasta - made from Canned Diced Tomatoes, Onion, and Chicken Meat

Recipe Ingredients for Marinara (Diced Tomato, Onion, Chicken Meat)

200 g yellow onion
1/2 tbsp Canola Oil
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
176 g Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1/2 tsp Vegeta Gourmet Seasoning & Soup Mix
411 g Mission Pride Diced Tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Marinara (Diced Tomato, Onion, Chicken Meat)

  1. Cook chicken meat in water for 15-20 min. Once ready remove from water and cut into small cubes.

  2. In a large pan saute chicken meat in oil and vegeta, add diced tomatoes, and onion. Saute for 15 min or so until onion is fully cooked through.

  3. Serve over whole wheat pasta.
