Recipe Ingredients for Marinara with Beef Cutlets

6 3 oz Beef, Round, Eye Of Round
7 serving Tomato Sauce
1.8 cup Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
4 clove Garlic
3 fl oz Wine, Table, Red
2 tbsp, ground Basil, Dried
2 tbsp Oregano, Ground
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 serving Creole Original Seasoning

Recipe Directions for Marinara with Beef Cutlets

  1. season and brown cutlets

  2. add chopped onions and garlic, saute

  3. add 16 fl oz of tomato sauce and 1 large can diced tomatoes

  4. add wine and water to make 8 fl oz

  5. add oregano and basil

  6. cook 30 minutes
