Seasonal Vegetables in a Balsamic Marinade

Recipe Ingredients for Marinaded Vegetable Salad

1 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions
2 medium Carrots
2 cup, chopped Broccoli
2 tbsp Vinegar Balsamic
2 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
1 tbsp, ground Basil, Dried
1 tsp Pepper, Black
2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery

Recipe Directions for Marinaded Vegetable Salad

  1. Chap broccoli. Thinly slice remaining vegetables.

  2. Toss with lemon juice, vinegar, pepper and basil.

  3. Let sit for at least 1 hour.
