Nice light meal. I like to serve with brown rice and fruit. I make it in the morning and let it marinade all day. Can be used as salad by tossing with mix field greens and tomatoes.

Recipe Ingredients for Marinaded Shrimp

12 oz large shrimp, shelled & deveined
2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
2 tsp fresh thyme
2 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 c organic orange juice, natural
1/8 c olive oil

Recipe Directions for Marinaded Shrimp

  1. Clean shrimp.

  2. Chop rosemary, basil, oregano. Put into bowl.

  3. Pull thyme leaves off stem and put into bowl with other spices.

  4. Sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning over.

  5. Add orange juice and olive oil.

  6. Mix together.

  7. Put shrimp into plastic freezer bag, pour mixture over. Get all air out of bag, zip shut.

  8. Refrigerate for several hours.

  9. Can either broil or saute.
