Recipe Ingredients for MARILYN'S TURKEY-SPINACH MEATLOAF

1 lb ground turkey, lean
3 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
2 slices Flax & Fiber Bread crumbled
10 oz (1 pkg) frozen spinachthawed and squeezed dry
1 large egg
3/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1/4 c parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp basil, or oregano
1/2 tsp ground pepper

Recipe Directions for MARILYN'S TURKEY-SPINACH MEATLOAF

  1. Mix all ingredients in the order given adding some of the spinach liquid if too dry

  2. Shape into a loaf

  3. Bake, uncovered for 1 hr at 350 deg

  4. Let sit 10 min before cutting
