Recipe Ingredients for MARILYN'S GAZPACHO

48 oz V-8 low sodium
1/2 c Ro*Tel chiles
1 large cucumber
1/2 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
1 green pepper
1 large ripe tomato, peeled
1 fruit lemon, raw
2 T Balsamic Vinegar
3 tsp sugar
1 T Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for MARILYN'S GAZPACHO

  1. Put all vegetables in food processor and pulse until finely chopped

  2. In a large bowl, combine V-8 and rest of ingredients

  3. Stir well

  4. Chill before serving
