Moist and almost un-American pancakes that are good by themselves later on eaten as a snack without being warmed and without butter or syrup.

Recipe Ingredients for Marie's Oat Pancakes

1 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
2 medium Egg, Whole
3 tsp Sugars, Granulated
3 tablespoon Raw Wheat Germ
1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp Double Acting Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
1.2 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat

Recipe Directions for Marie's Oat Pancakes

Put oats in a medium size bowl and pour milk over. Let stand at least 10 minutes. Then add eggs, oil and stir. In another bowl mix dry ingredients together and then stir into oat mixture.
