Recipe Ingredients for Marie's Mom's Yorkshire Pudding

4 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup milk, fat free
1/2 tsp salt
12 tsp oil, vegetable

Recipe Directions for Marie's Mom's Yorkshire Pudding

  1. Beat Eggs, flour, milk and salt and let batter sit on counter for - 4 hours.

  2. Beat again just before using.

  3. About 20 minutes before serving put 1tsp oil in each of 12 muffin cups and heat in a 450 degree oven until oil is hot, about 2 minutes.

  4. Remove pan from oven and divide the batter between the cups. Cups will be about half full.

  5. Return pan to oven and bake for 15 minutes.

  6. Turn yorkshires out of muffin cups and serve immediately
