2 cups uncooked white rice
2 oz dry onion soup mix
21 oz beef broth
1 cup butter
21 oz water

Recipe Directions for maria's rice

  1. 425 degree oven

  2. combine in caserole dish

  3. place butter slices on top of mix

  4. cover with foil and bake for 30 min

  5. remove foil bake for another 30 min
