14 1/2 ounces elbow noodles, uncooked
1 small onion, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 cups (Morningstar Farms) Burger Crumbles
2 tablespoons "Needs a Little Extra" spice
14 ounces diced tomatoes
5 1/2 ounces tomato paste

Recipe Directions for Marianne's Goulash

  1. Cook pasta according to directions.

  2. Saute onions and celery in oil in a large pan. Add crumbles, tomatoes, tomato paste and spice and simmer until celery is cooked.

  3. Drain noodles and add to "beef" mixture. Stir until well combined and serve immediately.
