Recipe Ingredients for Mariam's Wheat blend Pancakes

1 large egg
3/4 cup Laura Lynn Super Calcium Skim Deluxe Milk
3 servings Pancake & Waffle Mix
3/4 tablespoon canola oil
1/4 cup water

Recipe Directions for Mariam's Wheat blend Pancakes

Blend pancake mix, milk, egg & oil together. Do not over beat. Some lumps are okay. Let sit for at least 5 minutes. Use a griddle that has been sprayed with nonstick spray or dampen a paper towel with a little oil and rub down surface. Cook at about 350-375 just until it starts to bubble around the edges. Flip once and that is it. Enjoy.
