Wonderfully spicy soup. Noodles made with Dreamfields but may not have the lower carb result because they are cooked longer.

Recipe Ingredients for Mariam's Spicy Chicken Noodle Soup

2 stalk, small (5" long) Celery
60 grams Bell Pepper Red
7 grams Peppers, Jalapeno
138 grams Vidalia Onion
3 grams Garlic
1 1/2 tsp Chicken Flavor Bouillon Granulated
242 grams Chunk Chicken Breast In Water, Premium. White
1082 grams Water
94 grams Carrots
134 grams Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
91 grams Great Value Frozen Peas
3/10 tbsp Sage, Ground
1 tsp Pepper, Black
0.33 tsp Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp Sugars, Granulated
3 1tsp Olive Oil
94 grams Dreamfields Rotini

Recipe Directions for Mariam's Spicy Chicken Noodle Soup

Saute all vegetables, except frozen peas, in olive oil. Add spices, canned chicken, and water. Boil until vegetables are tender. Add noodles and turn down to a simmer. Cook only until noodles are tender. Too long and they will revert to regular noodle carb intake, I think.
