Recipe Ingredients for Mariam's reduced fat banana bread

3/4 cup, mashed Bananas
3 serving Hodgson whole wheat unbleached flour
3/4 cup Flour
1/2 cup Applesauce Unsweetened
2 large Egg, Whole
10 tsp No Calorie Sweetener
7 tsp Sugars, Granulated
2 oz Chopped Walnuts
1 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Allspice, Ground
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 oz Laura Lynn Super Calcium Skim Deluxe Milk
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp. kosher salt

Recipe Directions for Mariam's reduced fat banana bread

Mash bananas. In separate bowl cream applesauce, sugar and splenda. Add eggs, milk and vanilla. Mix. Add to mashed bananas and mix thoroughly. Sift together dry ingredients and slowly add into mashed banana mixture. When well combined add walnuts. Pour into 12 cupcake liners. Spray with cooking spray to prevent sticking.Bake for 15 minutes and check to see if done. If your oven runs hot check before. Do not overcook because these are somewhat dry anyhow. If toothpick comes out clean they are done. Mine were good but 15 minutes might have been a little long. I will check after 12 minutes in the future. Very good and at least lower fat than regular.
