Recipe Directions for Mariam's Red Potato Salad

Boil potatoes in microwavable bowl with a small amount of water. Drain water and add chopped onions,cucumber, & celery. Add relishes, egg, mayonnaise, salt & pepper. Refrigerate and serve cold.
