0.75 serving OlivExtra Canola Oil and Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
6 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Sauce

Recipe Directions for Mariam's Red Hot Thighs

Heat a pan to medium high and add oil. Salt flattened out thigh and put in pan. Sear one side and then stun over and cook until that side is seared as well. Add the sauce and lower heat to low.
