Recipe Ingredients for Mariam's Potato Salad

5 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
2 serving Eggs
1 medium raw Onion Red
2 serving Dill Relish
3 serving No Sugar Added Relish Sweet
1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
0.5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
1 medium (4-1/2" long) Pepper, Banana
3 serving JFG Mayonnaise, mine

Recipe Directions for Mariam's Potato Salad

Boil diced potatoes in salted water in a microwaveable bowl for 9 minutes. In separate bowl put chopped onion, peppers, celery. both relishes. Add warm potatoes, mayonnaise and boiled eggs. Place in refrigerator and let flavors marry for at least one hour. Serve cold.(Cold potatoes are better for diabetics.).
