Great healthier version of pasta salad. It is not however, low fat so be smart and make sure the serving size is correct or smaller than the recipe calls for.

Recipe Ingredients for Mariam's Penne Pasta Salad

8 oz Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Penne Rigate Pasta
1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
0.25 large Onions
0.33 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
2 oz Sweet Gherkins
0.5 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tbsp Pepper, Black
1.5 tsp Sugars, Granulated
2 serving Balsamic of Modena Vinegar
5 serving JFG Mayonnaise, mine

Recipe Directions for Mariam's Penne Pasta Salad

Prepare pasta as directed on the box and drain. In a bowl put diced onions, peppers, celery and gherkins. Add the mayo, salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar. Add pasta and mix thoroughly. Chill and serve cold.
