Recipe Ingredients for Mariam's Momma's Cheese Ball

8 oz Cream Cheese Original
8 oz Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese original
66 grams Dried Beef
3 tbsp chopped Onions
1/4 tsp Seasoned Salt

Recipe Directions for Mariam's Momma's Cheese Ball

Cream cheeses and add onions & seasoning. In a food processor pulse the dried beef until very fine. Add 2/3 into mixture and mix thoroughly. Place plastic wrap in a bow and add the mixture. Refrigerate for at least two hours and form into a ball. Then roll in the remaining beef. Great with crackers or my husband loves it with corn bread. (Go figure, it really is pretty good with corn bread!) I have made a serving size of 8. That is a large serving. Adjust to your preference and measure with a scale to ensure proper calorie count.
