Recipe Ingredients for Mariam's Lower Sugar Cheesecake pie

2 package Pudding
2.5 serving My Silk Pure Almond Milk
2.25 serving whonu vanilla wafers
0.75 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Mariam's Lower Sugar Cheesecake pie

Place 20 whonu cookies in bottom of pie plate. Mix pudding and 2.5 cups of unsweetened almond milk. This will not set up firm. If you desire a firm consistency you can reduce the milk to 2 cups. That also reduces the calorie count. Since you save so much sugar and calories you can top with a tablespoon of cherry pie filling without feeling too guilty.
