Recipe Ingredients for Mariam's Lasagna

6 pieces Dreamfields Lasagna
9 4/5 oz raw 80% Lean Ground Chuck
14 grams olive oil & canola
1 large Egg, Whole
16 oz Part Skim Milk Ricotta Cheese
1/4 cup Shredded Cheese
7 serving 2% 4 Cheese Mexican Shredded Cheese[95992
1/8 cup shredded cheddar
6 tomatoes Whole Tomatoes No Salt Added
1 cup Condensed Soup
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
3 clove Garlic
0.33 medium Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper[140086}
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. parmesean cheese

Recipe Directions for Mariam's Lasagna

Put oil in skillet and add onions, garlic & peppers. Sweat until translucent. Add chuck and brown. Crush tomatoes and add along with tomato sauce. Add sugar and simmer until married. In separate pot boil lasagna until a little less than al dente. In a bowl put ricotta, egg and a little of each cheese. Save at least half of each kind for later. Place a spoon of tomato mixture in bottom of a rectangular glass pan and add 2 lasagna, sauce, cheese mixture and a sprinkle of cheeses. Repeat process ending with tomato sauce and remainder of cheese. Bake for about 45 minutes @ 375 or until bubbly. I cover so the cheese does not brown too early and uncover to brown about 15 minutes before it is done. Enjoy but be smart.
