Recipe Ingredients for Mariam's Cinimini

246 grams Sheets
2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
9 grams No Calorie Sweetener
2 tsp unpacked Sugars, Brown
1/4 cup Low Calorie Sweetener
10 grams Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/4 tsp Allspice, Ground

Recipe Directions for Mariam's Cinimini

Roll out puff pastry. Mix brown sugar, splenda and spices together. Melt butter and spread over the puff pastry. Reserve about 1/3 of butter. Put the sugar mixture on the dough almost to the edge. Put remaining butter on the mixture and roll up. Fold in the ends and cut into 18 little rolls. Place on a lightly grease cookie sheet and bake at 400 for about 12-15 minutes. Just until golden, too long and the sugar will burn and bottoms will burn as well. Mix confectioner's sugar and lemon juice and extract. Use less if necessary. You do not want a glaze, just a thicker icing. Ice each individual mini.
