Wonderful for hot dogs but not low calorie. Good by itself, just watch portion size. For hot dogs would make about 10-12. As a dish probably 8.

Recipe Ingredients for Mariam's chili, no beans

24 oz raw 80% Lean Ground Chuck
12 tsp Chili Powder
3 tsp Onion Powder
3 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
2 tsp Pepper, Black
4 tbsp Heinz Tomato Ketchup
2 tsp. sugar

Recipe Directions for Mariam's chili, no beans

Cook ground beef in pan with all the spices until brown and crumbly. Add tomato ketchup & sugar. Simmer over low heat for at least 30 minutes.
