Recipe Ingredients for Marg's Lasagna

3 serving lasagna noodle, Catelli, 4 noodles = 85g
448 grams lean ground beef 93/7% all natural, 1/4 lb, 112g
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
6 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
10 oz Canned Mushrooms
16 oz Cottage Cheese, Lowfat, 1% Milkfat
24 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
2000 ml tomato sauce

Recipe Directions for Marg's Lasagna

  1. scramble fry ground beef - add onion & celery - micro till soft

  2. add cottage cheese & tomatoe sauce and mix well

  3. place layer of uncooked noodles in pan - layer of sauce - noodles - sauce - noodles - sauce

  4. spread mozarella cheese on top

  5. bake @ 350 for 1 hr 15 min - let sit for 15 minutes before cutting
