Recipe Ingredients for Margherita Pizza

1 cup Cheese
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 shell Pizza Crust
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1/4 cup Signature Recipes Pasta Sauce
2 medium raw Tomato Roma
1 cup Spinach

Recipe Directions for Margherita Pizza

Slice onion and roughly chop red bell pepper & brush with olive oil. Cook in a grill pan until slightly tender. Add chicken to grill pan and cook until done. Chop into bite size pieces. Preheat oven broiler. Brush pizza crust with olive oil and broil about 3 minutes or until lightly browned. Spread Alfredo sauce on crust. Top with spinach, then sliced Roma tomatoes, grilled chicken, grilled onion & pepper and any additional toppings you may desire. Sprinkle cheese on top & cook 7 minutes or until cheese is melted.
