Recipe Ingredients for Margherita Pizza

3/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 1/2 cups white flour
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 1/8 cup water
1 1/2 tsp yeast
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp sea salt
6 oz Mozzarella Fresh Cheese
4 Tomatos
10 basil leaves
1/2 cup Parmesan, Shredded Cheese

Recipe Directions for Margherita Pizza

  1. Prepare dough (first five ingredients) in breadmaker.

  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  3. Slice tomatoes and toss with salt, Italian seasoning, and olive oil. Let sit for 10 minutes.

  4. Brush dough with marinade (from tomatoes)

  5. Layer mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, parmesan cheese

  6. Bake until done.
