Recipe Ingredients for Margherita pizza minus crust

2 tbsp olive oil
5 oz. mozzarella cheese
3 medium ripe tomatoes
1/2 tsp minced garlic
3 basil leaves
3 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Margherita pizza minus crust

  1. Preheat oven to 375

  2. Place pizza crust (add in separately) on pizza stone

  3. Brush with olive oil

  4. Spread grated mozzarella around crust

  5. Mix diced tomatoes, strips of basil, minced garlic and .5 tbsp olive oil in bowl

  6. Spread mixture onto pizza

  7. Top with parmesan cheese

  8. Bake for 12 minutes
