8 medium yukon gold potatoes
1/2 stick butter
2 oz. 2% milk
1/2 teaspoon salt

  1. slice potatoes and boil 20 minutes

  2. reserve water

  3. add butter, milk and salt to drained potatoes

  4. mix till smooth, add reserved water till desired consistency.
