Recipe Ingredients for Mardi Gras Jambalaya

1 1/2 lbs chicken
1/2 lb shrimp
3 1/2 cups diced tomato
1 1/2 cup onion
2 tbsp garlic
2 tbsp pepper
2 tbsp basil
2 tbsp chili pepper
2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Mardi Gras Jambalaya

  1. Heat pan and add olive oil.

  2. Brown Chicken and remove from pan.

  3. Cook onions, garlic and pepper

  4. Add tomatoes and seasoning and bring to a simmer.

  5. Add Chicken and simmer for 30 minutes.

  6. Add shrimp and simmer for 30 minutes.
