2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
6 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
1/2 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions
1 serving Egg, Whole
2 oz Classic Dijon Mustard
2 oz Almond Meal
