A little spicy - but yummy - from weight watchers

Recipe Ingredients for Marcelli Meatloaf - Jayna style

2 lbs lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup old fashion oats, uncooked
8 oz tomato sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
2 large egg whites, beaten slightly
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe Directions for Marcelli Meatloaf - Jayna style

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Spray loaf pan with cooking spray.

  3. Combine beef, turkey, onion and oats in a large bowl.

  4. Mix together tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, egg whites, salt and pepper.

  5. Add to meat mixture and mix well with hands.

  6. Press into pan and bake for 60-70 minutes.

  7. *Add an extra egg white if meatloaf does not hold together.

  8. ** I also add peppers and chili powder sometimes
