Recipe Ingredients for Marcelli Chipotle Salmon

2 tbsp brown sugar
3 garlic cloves, minced
13 g Chipotles In Adobo Sauce Peppers
1/4 tsp salt
24 oz salmon fillets

Recipe Directions for Marcelli Chipotle Salmon

  1. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, garlic, chipotle peppers, and salt. Rub over salmon.

  2. Moisten a paper towel with cooking oil, using long-handled tongs, lightly coat the grill rack. Place salmon skin side down on grill rack. Grill salmon, covered, over high heat or broil 3-4 inches from the heat for 5-10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
