Recipe Ingredients for Marcelli Chili Stockpot Style

2 pounds Ground Beef, browned
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
56 oz. diced tomatoes
32 oz. beef broth
1/4 cup tomato paste
1/4 cup chili powder
2 tablespoon cumin
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. black pepper
30 oz. kidney beans

Recipe Directions for Marcelli Chili Stockpot Style

  1. Brown the beef with the chopped onion.

  2. Combine all ingredients in crock pot except kidney beans.

  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

  4. Add kidney beans and cook for 1/2 hour more.
