A great meal to prep ahead and put in the freezer - taken from Don't Panic - Dinner's in the Freezer.

Recipe Ingredients for Marcelli Buttermilk Herb Chicken Breast

1 cup buttermilk
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
40 oz boneless chicken breasts, 8 - 5 oz breasts

Recipe Directions for Marcelli Buttermilk Herb Chicken Breast

  1. Mix together buttermilk with mustard, honey, and seasonings.

  2. Place chicken breasts in freezer bag.

  3. Pour marinade over chicken.

  4. If freezing - put in freezer

  5. If cooking marinate for a few hours and grill over medium heat until chicken is tender and juices run clear.

  6. To cook from freezer - thaw chicken, discard marinade, and grill over medium heat until chicken is tender and juices run clear.
