Recipe Ingredients for Marble Cheesecake Brownies

1 cup Butter
10 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
6 tbsp European Style Cocoa
3 large Egg, Whole
2 tbsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.13 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.63 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt, Table
1/4 cup Walnuts
8 oz Cream Cheese Neufchatel 1/3 Less Fat
1/4 cup Sugars, Granulated
1 large Egg, Whole
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Marble Cheesecake Brownies

  1. Butter and flour baking dish

  2. Melt butter and chocolate over double boiler and let cool slightly

  3. Mix 3 eggs, sugar, and vanilla and add chocolate to mix and let completely cool

  4. Sift flour and add baking powder and salt; mix with chocolate

  5. In other bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla

  6. Add chocolate mixture to dish, but save some for top of dish

  7. Put cream cheese on top of brownie mix and add dollops of extra brownie batter on top. Use knife to make marble appearance

  8. Bake at 350 for approx. 45min
