Recipe Ingredients for Mapo Tofu

1 package Medium Firm
16 oz Ground Pork, Fresh
2 tbsp Heinz Tomato Ketchup
1 tbsp Black Bean Garlic Sauce
1 tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce

Recipe Directions for Mapo Tofu

Saute the pork in a pan on medium heat. When browned, add the Black Bean Garlic Sauce, the Chili Garlic Sauce and the Ketchup to taste. Add chopped spring onions and the tofu, cut into cubes. Stir and heat through before serving.
