Recipe Ingredients for Maple Whipped Topping

1/4 cup margarine, Earth Balance
12 oz. silken tofu
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. salt

Recipe Directions for Maple Whipped Topping

Melt margarine. Puree in food processor with silken tofu for 20-30 seconds, pulsing. Add remaining ingredients and continue pulsing until combined and fluffy. If it is too runny, you can try using a hand or mixer to help aerate and make it more fluffy.
