Recipe Ingredients for Maple Walnut Ricotta Bake

1 c cottage cheese
6 eggs
1 T vanilla
1 c raw milk
1/2 c maple syrup
2 c oats

Recipe Directions for Maple Walnut Ricotta Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray an 11x7" baking pan with cooking spray.

  2. In a large bowl, wisk together the cheese, eggs, vanilla, milk and syrup.

  3. Process oats into coarse flour in food processor. Slowly stir flour into liquid ingredients until thoroughly combined. Pour into prepared baking dish.

  4. Bake for 25min until done (when toothpick comes out clean).
