Better than your average pumpkin pie.

Recipe Ingredients for Maple Walnut Pumpkin Pie

15 oz frozen pie crust
15 oz pumpkin, canned
14 oz milk, sweetened condensed
2 eggs
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons cold butter

Recipe Directions for Maple Walnut Pumpkin Pie

  1. Bake crust according to recipe on package

  2. Mix together pumpkin, milk, eggs, maple syrup and spice with electric mixer until smooth. Bake 10 minutes at 425 degrees.

  3. Mix brown sugar, walnuts and flour together. Cut in butter, set aside.

  4. Remove pie from oven, sprinkle streusel over top. Cover crust with strips of foil to prevent burning. Return to oven, bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.
