Recipe Ingredients for Maple-Walnut-Pecan Pie

6 large egg whites (3/4 cup Egg Beaters)
3/4 cup corn syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup maple syrup
1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
3/4 cup pecans
3/4 cup walnuts
1 tsp Vanilla
1 c. whole-wheat pastry flour
1/2 tsp. salt
5 tbsp. butter, chilled
4 tbsp. ice water

Recipe Directions for Maple-Walnut-Pecan Pie

  1. Combine all ingredients except pie crust, pour into unbaked shell- last 4 ingred- and bake until set. (375*F for 10 min, then lower to 350, cover w/ foil if getting too browned on top)

  2. Cool well and refrigerate, or serve warm.
