Recipe Ingredients for Maple Toast and Egg

4 slices bread
4 eggs
1 slice ham
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp butter
1 pinch of salt and pepper

Recipe Directions for Maple Toast and Egg

  1. Warm the oven at 200C (400F)

  2. Preparing bread by cutting the edge of the bread off and roll it with rolling pin, cut ham into 4 strips.

  3. On the pan, Melt butter with maple syrup. Then spread it on on side of prepared bread.

  4. Spray the muffin tray with oil spray, put the bread into it while facing the syrup side to the tray.

  5. Put in the egg and top it with a little bit of salt and pepper.

  6. Cover the tray with alluminum foil and bake for 20-25 mins.
