Recipe Ingredients for Maple-Soy Salmon

8 oz Sockeye Salmon, Wild
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon fresh ginger

Recipe Directions for Maple-Soy Salmon

  1. Combine soy, maple and ginger.

  2. Pour onto salmon and let stand for about 20 minutes, allowing the sauce to flavor the salmon.

  3. Preheat oven to 350F. Cook salmon about 20 minutes, until it flakes easily with a fork.
