5 (8oz) chicken breast
2 c pineapple
1/2 cup maple syrup, (or maple flavored) syrup
1/4 cup lemon juice, (fresh is best)
2 tablespoons mustard
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons butter, chopped into bits

  1. put all ingredients in Crockpot stir

  2. cook on low for several hours until done.
